Best stay Positive: I liked my stay and extended 1 more day, I would definitely recommend this apartment as the host& the security men all were so cooperative and so friendly, I think the comments written before were not fair, definitely I would visit them again Negative: No thing

Positive: I have booked with the same host before in creek harbour rise 1 and they really helped me in checkin early and moving to this new apartment, it was cleaned well, 2 big balcony, 2 large space bed rooms, and everything available in the kitchen, I loved it and for sure I would come again Negative: Nothing

Excellent agent, but dirty apartment. Positive: The staff were friendly and honest. They refunded my money back immediately with good gesture. They visited me in my alternative hotel and gave the money back with box of chocolate as tribute of winning a customer back after bad experience. Negative: The apartment was poorly maintained and not cleaned at all. All the filth of the previous tenet was left uncleaned. The restrooms were filthy beyond imagination, food leftover in the oven, smell of cigarettes and burned sofas from cigarette ash! At the beginning i thought it was missed by mistake to be cleaned, but the bedsheets were new and new soaps are placed in every bathroom. This is an indication that the cleaning agent does not have any standard at all. However, the agent is very decent, he apologized and refunded my money back and offered me a free night to reevaluate my experience. I believe the agent learned from this mistake and will not happen again.
