Worst Apartment rented for our holiday. Negative: I recently stayed here with my family, including my 7-year-old daughter for her birthday and myself at 25 weeks pregnant. It was the worst booking experience of my life. The Room & Service: The check-in process was a mess. Upon entering, the room was not properly cleaned. To make matters worse, we were told we had to pay extra just for clean towels and basic refreshment refills. There was no hospitality or basic hygiene provided. Major Facility Failures: No AC: On the very first day, the AC was not working. In Dubai’s heat, this was a health risk for a pregnant woman. I had to spend half a day messaging and coordinating just to get it fixed, wasting precious vacation time. No Gas/Stove: The following day, the gas stopped working completely, making it impossible to prepare meals for my child. Overall Experience: We booked this for a special birthday celebration, but instead of enjoying Dubai, we spent our time managing basic repairs that should have been checked before our arrival. The management showed zero empathy for our situation.

Positive: Location Negative: I made 3 times check-in on the main security desk as the security guys are not coordinating. They stop me multiple times to ask me where i live. One of them Indian girl on the security desk was too rode with me. The gym is very small and most of it is broken.
