Very Pleasent Positive: Located right within short distance to all amenities, it was easier for me to use a metro because it’s a 13mins walk to business bay metro station .. so it’s better for those without cars or the bus stop is as well 3 minutes walk away from the apartment, easy access to Dubai mall and Burj K..The apartment was so clean and elegant. Good for the price and best of all the great communication from the Citi home staff was very professional and great responses within a short time anytime . They helped us keep our luggage as we waited for the room to be ready . Very Informative. Negative: Basically as well all know Dubai is one of the fasted growing cities and that comes with a disadvantage that construction is the Order of the day . So sometimes a bit of noise from the construction site but can be minimised by closing out the doors

Positive: لم يعجبني شيء بالعكس كأبه بماتعنيه الكلمة المؤجر مزعج وغير احترافي وعادي يرسل لك في اوقات النوم يقول لو ضيعت المفتاح تدفع 250 واذا ضيعت البطاقة تدفع 500 مع العلم انه ماسلمني بطاقة ولما قلتلي سلامات وش هالتهديدات قال هذي رسالة عامة Negative: انصحك نصيحة اذا بتقبلها انحش من هالشقه مافي اي راحة جنبي برجين يبنون وشغالين 24ساعة ازعاج والارضيات قذره والكنبه اللي بالصالة متهالكة والفوطة اللي بالحمام متقطعه وواضح ان لها سنين ماتغيرت والسيب رائحته وانت طالع الصباح مقرفه تقييمي 0 من 10

great location, but I wouldn’t go there a second time Positive: I liked the location, not far from Burj Khalifa Negative: when we entered the room, we were faced with the fact that there were a lot of broken dishes, the walls were somehow scratched, the view looked like a construction site, on the first day there were no sun loungers by the pool, we paid 700 dollars in 5 days
