Positive: The location was convenient, but unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the problems we experienced during our stay. Negative: Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the beginning. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we had to wait until around 4:30 PM. Even after this long delay, the apartment was handed over to us in a very poor and unclean condition, and we actually had to clean it ourselves before we could feel comfortable staying there. The parking was also extremely inconvenient. The allocated parking was on B5 and the overall parking arrangement was very frustrating. The apartment itself was clearly not properly prepared for new guests. The TV remote was not working properly, and we had to go out and buy batteries ourselves just to be able to use the television. There were not enough towels, no dishwasher tablets were provided, and several dishes were dirty. The sofa was also dirty, with rubbish and dirt found between the cushions. For a property being offered as a vacation home, I expected basic cleanliness, proper preparation, and essential supplies to be checked before a guest arrived—especially after making us wait well beyond the scheduled check-in time. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, based on the condition of the apartment, the delayed check-in, poor parking arrangement, lack of basic necessities, and inadequate cleaning, I would not choose to stay here again.

Nice place to stay Positive: Location, host, comfort and caring. We had wonderful stay. The host is really responsible and caring. We did enjoy our stay so much. Negative: The only thing that we did not like was the smell of sewage.
