Negative: Хотела поставить 10/10, пому что всё было хорошо: быстрое заселение, чат с поддержкой, локация, было чисто, апартаменты выглядят новыми… Но в последнюю ночь я проснулась искусанной... Я не могла и подумать, что это могут быть клопы, так как апартаменты выглядят новыми и чистыми. Но перекладывая вещи из рюкзака, я обнаружила на юбке клопа! После жалоб на вопиющий случай, мне сказали, что проверка не обнаружила никаких клопов, поэтому их там нет. А я не предоставила никаких доказательств.
